We are able to bill your Automobile Insurance Carrier for Automobile Accidents as well as Workers Compensation. Gift certificates for massage only are available for 1 hour and 1/2 hour increments.  Gift certificates can be purchased for any of the modalities listed below. Fees: $35.00/ half hour session $70.00/ full hour session $70.00/ massage with cold laser therapy $20.00/ laser therapy sessions without massage PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT Cancellation Policy: As our services and time are important to many, please allow 24 hours cancellation notice. Payment of service will be required if cancellation is not within 24 hours.  All one hour appointments must be reserved with a credit card for all new patients.
